1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Expo Contracting Corp (hereinafter referred to as "Expo Contracting," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Expo Contracting.

2. Services Offered

Expo Contracting offers a range of construction services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial construction, renovation, remodeling, and general contracting.

3. Scope of Work

The scope of work will be defined in a written agreement between Expo Contracting and the client. Any changes or modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

4. Pricing and Payment

a. Pricing for services will be provided in a detailed estimate or proposal prior to the commencement of work.

b. Payment terms will be outlined in the contract agreement and are subject to negotiation.

c. Payment schedules may include deposits, progress payments, and final payment upon completion of the project.

d. Late payments may incur interest charges or other penalties as outlined in the contract.

5. Change Orders

Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the client.

6. Permits and Approvals

It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for the project. Expo Contracting may assist the client in obtaining permits, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client.

7. Warranty

Expo Contracting warrants all workmanship to be free from defects for a period specified in the contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

8. Liability

Expo Contracting is insured and licensed to perform construction services. However, we are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to accidents, weather events, or acts of third parties.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract agreement for any reason with written notice. Termination fees or penalties may apply as outlined in the contract.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the contract will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve any disagreements in a timely manner.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Expo Contracting Corp and the client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

12. Permits:

Permits are not included with the quotes. The owner of the premises must apply and get the permit for the work. Extra charges will be applied if you want us to get the permit.
